The link you provided is toTiddlyWiki classic, so that does not apply to TiddlyWiki5 There are ways to host TiddlyWikis online so that you can edit them. But I think that having it both ways (hiding editing controls AND editing online) is not an ideal route. More ideal would be having your editable version, on or offline, with the controls visible, in a separate location, then have a way to update the user friendly version from that.
