Hello Mat, The Leftbar: http://leftbar.tiddlyspot.com/ has the setting box to Scroll vs Fix - behaviour when activated via button. One issue is if you use Leftbar from TableofContents and if you need to have the Leftbar fixed but you have a lot of toc entry then you cannot access the items out of your viewpoint and you cannot scroll down. One suggestion is in fixed mode if the contents make a long tiddler ($:/plugins/TWaddle/LeftBar/Menu) then an scroll bar automatically appear at the right (or left) of the LeftBar.
