If you see them as shadows then it sounds like they're really there. What 
do you mean by:

The question is, can you USE the css and whatever you have in $...one.js ?

When they're part of the plugin, they won't show up in the regular search 
-- only as shadow tiddlers. But they will still do their jobs.
