You can find an example below

[data-tags*="slide"] {
  border: 2px solid blue;
}


Put the above code inside a tiddler tagged with 
$:/tags/Stylesheet

Now create tiddlers with what contents you like and tag them with 
slide

Note to the border color! They should be blue.

This way you can apply custom style sheet based on tags
