He means to actually delete the tiddler (your 3 step process). This is not 
as dangerous as it sounds. You can't actually delete a shadow tiddler this 
way. Deleting it just resets it to it's original status. (to actually 
remove the button you would have to delete the plugin that provides it, 
which would be dangerous). However, you can tell if a tiddler is a shadow 
tiddler without opening it -- if its link is a deep blue bold then it's a 
shadow tiddler. If it's the usual pale blue, then it's not (which means it 
may have been altered).

Are you using any additional plugins in your TW?
