Mark, It used to work fine with FF versions up to 59+, though improperly with v60+. It doesn't save to the C:\downloads\tiddlywikilocations (this is the folder set). It only saves to C:\downloads, and also it doesn't save backups.
I played extensively with settings, uninstalled and installed back the add-on, and the issue persisted.
