Mat, I can not yet give help on RegEx but because I do not know how to use it much yet, I would have thought the same can be achieved with the filter operators in the sections Order and List Ops.
The solution would not be as "tight" as with regexp, but more would be able to understand it. It would also be trivial to put the new tag at the front.
