TiddlyWiki on node doesn't serve external files by itself yet. In the next 
version there should be an option to setup a static file server so that you 
have have what you are describing but it isn't in there yet.

I am a bit biased but I suggest trying Bob. You can install it like a 
normal node plugin from here: https://github.com/OokTech/TW5-Bob
or if you prefer I have packaged it together with tiddlywiki into a single 
executable file 
here: https://github.com/OokTech/TW5-SingleExecutable/releases
