Did you just recently upgrade FireFox? What method were you using for saving?
Sometime around FF 54 TiddlyFox stopped working due to changes with FireFox web extensions. The TW community rallied around and there are now 20 alternative save solutions mentioned in the GettingStarted tiddler at TiddlyWiki.com.
