Yes, that will happen when trying it on a tiddlywiki older than 2 weeks, 
since commit

I'm trying to develop the github KeeBoord version so that it is compatible 
with the coming release 5.1.18
Because of some recent changes/additions in the core, the github version is 
only compatible with a very recent prerelease version.
It should be sufficient to get an empty tiddlywiki from 
https://tiddlywiki.com/prerelease and try KeeBoord there
