Mohammad: You are certainly correct that creating a wikiBookfor TW is "not a job to be done by someone alone".
There have been many attempts at creating documentation since many people share the view that a book would be very useful. Unfortunately, so far, few have progressed to the point that they are a comprehensive reference. In fact, even the recent talk about just updating the wikipedia TiddlyWiki page did not catch on. I remain interested and will be a contribute when I can add value, but this is not a time at which I can "lead" such a project.
