When generating the list of tiddlers to export you should be able to include sort[] or not include it in the selection filter. However when you come to import you may loose or have a different order in the import process.
So you need to look at both. I am on my mobile today so I'm not in a position to check. How are you selecting abd exporting tiddlers?
