How list all tids that are *not* tagged with any of the *arbitrary*(!) tags a, b, c ...
Real life example: Pack list. Categories like "hand bag", "important", "suit case", "gifts".... and whatever are eventually created Items like: pants, books, laptop, tickets, .... The items are tagged so they can be listed by category. But, I also need a list for all items that have NOT been categorized.
