Just in case it is of relevance, ControlPanel > Info > Advanced > Stylesheets or $:/core/ui/ControlPanel/Stylesheets List all the stylesheets, and the tag pill can be used to reorder them, thus allowing one to deal with the fact they are cascading stylesheets.
