To clarify, must you use the tiddlyspot saver, or do you just want a same or similar solution?
I may be in a position to host it for you for free in australia but with cloudflare cdn that should not be an issue. What size and how many users do you expect? My hosting service not only allows free lets encrypt but autoSSL, free ssl is more common now google and others insist on it. You could also get your own subdomain from one of mine like something.online121.net or something.colabteam.net I would ask for an optional or defered, setup donation for my time, with no ingoing fees unless your usage gets high. If you use $usd or euro the australian dollar is cheap with 20-40 aud donation in the ball park. I would install it with the php saver and you can choose public or private.
