Stefan, I cant agree with "on android there is only the buggy and outdated andtidwiki" because you can use Termux and then any nodeJS based TiddlyWiki and Noteself also works well.
I am just setting the record strait for any future readers of this thread. I think that being able to deliver TiddlyWiki on raspberry pi in an easy package could do a lot to promote TiddlyWiki to the maker and education sectors. We could build a suitable edition that also supports common activities on a "raspberry pi".
