If I understand what you're trying to accomplish, you can do this directly from the Live View tab of TiddlyMap:
http://tiddlymap.org/#TiddlyMap This tiddler is linked from a large number of the other tiddlers on the sample site. Visiting this link, and then selecting the "Live" tab on the right side of the window allows you to see these native links, zoom in or out, and browse the various other connections in a visual manner. Double-click on one of the referenced/referencing tiddlers in the map to open it, and see the tiddlers it is linked to in the map view. Searching the docs on this site demonstrates ways to customize views based on custom filters as well.
