HTML5 video supports including a poster so you could use the example *Video and Cover Poster in Local Folder* as a start. the macro command is <<videolocal "folder" "filename" "poster" "title" "origin">> - it is based on a 16 by 9 ration video, you could change the height and width in the macro itself - folder - assumes a relative path from the location of your TiddlyWiki, if not in the same folder a slash / must be added to the end - filename - video filename without the extension - poster - must be in the same location as the video, it must include the file extension - title - title to display beneath the video (optional) - origin - source url or short note (optional) You could modify to suit your use case.
