1 ... different versions of Android display settings for Apps differently so once you installed it you maybe need hunt around a bit if you need to modify permissions. 2 ... initially I got the error when I ran TW app. of "net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED. I changed the Permissions on TW app. to allow "Storage". Then it worked. I have other comments regarding functionality ... but "later" after I used it some days. Ok? Danke mille!
