Given how confusing I found this at first, I'd say that its very useful to say ... "Tiddler Titles in TW ARE the default HTML IDs in TiddlyWiki. This is why if you try to create 2 tiddlers of the same name it can't work. Each Title MUST be unique. Tiddler titles ARE the primary organiser. In normal TW use you can link to them via URL.
