Folks I have being trying to build something similar myself, most importiant would be attaching json or tid files generated from the wiki, but including the title in the subject is a good start.
The problem is the mailto link is so fragile. I intend to mine the wiki for its methods. The ability to send tweets to the owner is also a curiouse idea.
