Mario, In support of Chuns approach a good idea is to use any OpenID or authentication process as a way of giving people uniqueIDs and a login process. Of course once in a Tiddlywiki the granular control is not there, but establishing Identity without storing passwords goes a long way to managing users. The login process can set user ID, even initiate user specific actions and more.
