Absolutely. It's also possible to add a filter url query so you can filter 
what tiddlers you'd like the API endpoint to supply to TiddlyWiki:

e.g 
/pub/mytiddlers?filter=[your filter here]

I am still brainstorming how to do this but I think this would be an 
interesting feature to have.
