I'm sorry, but why do you make a separate wiki, why don't you add this 
information, tutorials, tips, etc. to the main wiki? This is for beginners 
who are firstyl looking at the main wiki. To learn from the notes you 
collect, they must find them first. I think it is not necessary to collect 
knowledge in parallel, but to expand it together. TiddlyWiki is open 
source, why not contribute in its documentating?
