Mohammad, There is an option when creating a tiddler to get the title of the new tiddler without navigating to it. See $savetitle https://tiddlywiki.com/#ActionCreateTiddlerWidget and the differences with https://tiddlywiki.com/#WidgetMessage%3A%20tm-new-tiddler
