Hi Mohammad, That's really interesting. The place I noticed the phenomenon was in a tiddler being used as a template as well. I'm going to check out the filter issue that Jeremy suggested when I get the chance later. But I suspect that's probably it in my case. It would make sense that the filter would work prior to the plugin being packaged, not work post packaging, and then work again once I open the tiddler and hit the checkmark (effectively overwriting it and making it not a plugin tiddler anymore). I don't know if you used a similar process, but I'm guessing that that probably it in my case.
