Hi Jeremy

   1. The problem was the PAT (personal access token)
   2. Overwriting the current index.html is okay (each save overwrite the 
   previous one)
   3. I just had to create the folder in advance if the path is not 
   existed! (for examples for /docs/ I had first create the folder)
   4. The saving process in GitHib is slower comparing the saving on 
   tiddlyspot
