Unfortunately you are not the first person who has asked about problems
when using Bob with Caddy and I have no experience with Caddy.

But the problem may also be the android file system not acting the same as
the other operating systems that I test.

The first thing I would try is adding

editionsPath : "./editions"

to the settings.json file.

If that doesn't work I think that a useful test would be copying an
existing node wiki into the wikis folder, like ./Wikis/TestWiki, and then
see if that wiki appears on the available wikis list after restarting
tiddlywiki.

If it does then the problem is probably that Bob can't find the editions.

A work-around for this would be copying the editions you want to use into
the folder ./editions and see if Bob finds them after restarting.

If none of that works I will have to do some more research.
