Thanks it is a good solution. I would like to see it extended a little to save 
the key between decrypt and encrypt ie the key is reused. Perhaps even 
reencrypt all decrypted tiddlers with there own key on action such as save if 
desired.

This would simply improve workflow and I may be able to make a secure check-in 
and checkout process on single file wikis, as if the user was loging in.
