I have just found a way to discover the elements that link across multiple 
paths, for example, on multiple levels of the table of contents.

To use it, you must install the Kin filter 
(https://bimlas.gitlab.io/tw5-kin-filter/) and the attached tiddler 
(WARNING: Slow as hell). I have a copy of tiddlywiki.com where you can try 
it out (for example see ActionWidgets in the ToC):
