Hi, I'm a french architecture student. I've been developing an interactive and collaborative database for architecture students for a while now and will soon be funded by the school in order to develop the platform beyond the current prototype into a full release. Since I created the database from tiddlywiki with my very limited coding knowledge, I need to find developers that are comfortable with tiddlywiki in order to built upon it and add collaborative features (or in the worst case, port to a suitable system). The first phase of development to reach bear minimum requirements for a launch coud be around a month of part-time development. I would need to have a general idea of the price of a free-lance developer on a non-lucrative and low budget project like this one. Anything, opinions, thoughts, documents and estimates, are appreciated here in order for me to do a preliminary pricing to negotiate funds.
