I understand that. The code pattern I am suggesting is that on down arrow it 
may try to do three different things yet only one of these things actually 
works in different circumstances. The result will be the first thing until the 
second thing is true the second thing until the third is true and the third can 
reset the first and second after its action. The third can't be done unless 
first and second are done.
