uups I was wrong. It needs to be like this:

And the tiddler that contains the CSS code needs the pragma. ... Have a
look at the added "prettylink" rule

macrocallinline macrocallblock prettylink
/*

*/
.test-style {
color: red;
}
The above is valid CSS and the prettylink will be active.
