It is not possible to put in javascript code directly into tiddlywiki. It 
has to be "packaged" as js.plugins - so I propose you head over to the dev 
group <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/tiddlywikidev> that deals 
with such matters, and declare this thread "closed" here.

If by "embed" you don't need something where the content of the table does 
not interact with the rest of the wiki, then you could try using an iframe 
and link its content to where you have the table.
