What you can do in Javascript, you can do it in TiddlyWiki as well (mostly) - it depends only on your programming knowledge. For example, in https://tiddlywiki.com/prerelease/, GitHub saver <https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyWiki5/blob/aa5eaa98fcb8658dbc2b93476c2e09c9207439d8/core/modules/savers/github.js> also uses REST API <https://developer.github.com/v3/>.
