That's understandable. Another solution would be requiring tiddlers 
starting with + - ~ to be wrapped in brackets in stringified lists.

Illegal: tiddlerA [[tiddler with spaces]] --My-Dashboard--
Legal: tiddlerA [[tiddler with spaces]] [[--My-Dashboard--]]
