This type will find any "apple" sting even if it is "apple

<https://dict.leo.org/german-english/pie>" or "apple pie". if you use :
[data-tags*~*="apple"] .tc-title {
border: 9px dashed blue;
}
It should be targetting tag "apple" only. See the red ~ ... and see:
