If you read https://tiddlywiki.com/#StateMechanism and click in the link (see the NavigationMechanism <https://tiddlywiki.com/#NavigationMechanism>) to open https://tiddlywiki.com/#NavigationMechanism you can't find the documentation of this mechamism because the tiddler is missing.
