Hi Riz

When the TiddlyWeb plugin starts up it interrogates the server to determine
whether it has read-only or full read-write access. If it can’t confirm full
read-write access then the UI is flipped into read-only mode, where certain UI
elements are hidden.

The TiddlyWeb plugin is not currently designed to be used in standalone wikis.

Best wishes

Jeremy
