Other than the encrypt tiddler plugin there is not much to support this 
requirement, although you can go some way to hiding something anyone with 
tiddlywiki or similar knowledge could find anything. However you could 
consider publishing a wiki with the content you want them to see to another 
file.

There are a number of ways to do this.
