Hi Mat, That is exactly what I am doing. I have discovered what is going on. There are two downloads for every "upgrade", one generated automatically & another when you hit the big green save button. The auto generated one is wonky with added upgrade wizard badness. The big green button one is ok. Behaviour in Chrome is the same as FF, though for some reason there is an extra space in the generated filename. Thanks for the responses. Let me know if I need to guinea pig a solution. This quirk would be uber annoying for non tech. people who would assume the first download is the correct file.
