Hi, IMO $:/tags/NoteBook should be $:/tags/Notebook ... to make it easier to remember.
The "remove" from the list button does "delete" the tiddler, which is really confusing. IMO it should not delete the tiddler. It may change the tag from $:/tags/Notebook to $:/tags/Notebook/unlisted, or something similar. This gives us a simple possibility to enable it again.
