Riz, I may be wrong but if the tid you export is a multiple tiddler package such as a plugin, yes this will be the case because it is already packaged as such, otherwise it will be a single tiddler that contains only itself. Plugin tiddlers do not contain only themself, but the shadow tiddlers.
