oleghbond Jed will be the best to answer but I had a problem in the past importing a wiki and its tiddlers because of an unusual character in a tiddler name. Try importing again and review the tiddlers before import to see if anything looks odd, also perhaps look on disk within bob folders to see if there is a missnamed tiddler.
