There have been numerous changes under the hood (we're still in alpha,
after all... ) - to the end-user, those basically surface as bug fixes.

As discussed on IRC, by "this" you mean "svn update".
Instances generally don't need updating, as they only contain the data
and configuration.
If you want to update the client-side (TiddlyWiki) plugins, for now just
copy and paste the plugins into the respective tiddlers - alternatively,
you can use "twanager from_svn system <URL>". We're looking into making
this more comfortable.
