But there isn't much to look at other than running some commands at the prompt and opening a recipe in the browser. So yes, 'definitive' is hard to define. Another option is Snapz Pro X for the Mac. I haven't delved into movies yet, mainly just simple captures, so I'll report back if I figure it out. I recall one of the Phils' at Osmosoft hosting in vimeo some tiddlywiki vids maybe TiddlyWeb can host here too or youtube.
