I just published many improvements in TidderGraphPlugin on

Some features are just proof concepts, like SubTitle, or endLife, but
it's more and more useful. You can create graph from tiddler links
(tags, baklinks, references, bracketed refs), customize them with
slices, and bring them to life.
This last (very early) feature means that you can describe how your
graph evolve in time : when a node or a link is deleted, or created
(creation not supported for the moment).
So you can describe a kind of evolving relationship between entities
(tiddlers)
and see this over time...
