I created "cook" at a time when people were encouraged to create their  
own "ck" scripts locally, it was later moved to the bash subdirectory,  
where the late upstart "ck" was residing.

I'd be happy to collapse the two, given the "ck" script seems to be  
developed by Martin and Saq, however for no rational reason I have a  
strong dislike of the name "ck" for something we verbally all call  
"cook".
