Maybe a HTML version of this spreadsheet with links to the 2.5.0 function in SVN and a link to the replacement version would be useful, well very helpful to plugin authors who are closely coupled to core functions. I'm slightly worried about the loss of the Animator, given I've used it a couple of times, so some indication of possible replacements would be helpful, well at least to the core code which currently depends on the Animator, so people like myself can follow suite when re-factoring our plugins. Am happy to help out with this, unless someone pips me to it!
