Both TiddlyWeb and ccTiddly support revisions.
The only caveat is that in TiddlyWeb, the revisions are not properly 
exposed yet (i.e. they're available on the server, but not easily 
accessible via the TiddlyWiki interface).
Hopefully we'll finish that bit soon.
